An acronym/euphemism for "playa hata degree." Someone who tries to mess up a "playa's” chance with women/men (his/her "game").
Rashaun: “I was tryna mack on this shawty yesterday and this punk comes over cock-blocking.”
Saavon: “That dude def has a PHD, no doubt.”
