Word popularized by Bill “Bojangles” Robinson. Means that everything is ok, fine, cool, etc.
Demarco: “How you been homie?”
Jacques: “Everything is copasetic wit me man. Ain’t nothin better than chillin on the stoop, drinkin a 40, and smokin a phatty (blunt/joint).”
